For the tortilla chips: massage a taut bread with 1 cup makkai ka atta, 1 cup atta, ¼ tsp ajwain, ¼ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp white pepper, salt and water. Revolve into than rotis and insert triangles. Stir fry in hot oil. For salsa: in 1tsp oil, fry ½ tsp garlic and ½ an onion. Insert 1tbsp capsicum and 1 tomato with ½ cup ketchup, 1tbsp chilli sauce, 3-4 drops red pepper pulp, salt and a bit of sugar. Melt ½ tsp cornflour in ½ cup water; stir in with 1tbsp vinegar. For cheese pulp: cook 1 cup milk with 1 cup cheese, ¼ tsp oregano and ¼ tsp white pepper. Top tortillas with salsa and cheese pulp.
